An Intimate Evening with Camarena Tequila

A couple of weeks ago we were invited to an exclusive preview of Camarena Tequila, an historic Mexican, family-grown, organic product breaking into the US market (currently only available in Florida and a couple of other states.

On said evening we headed out to the event location, in the Lake Buena Vista area (did you know there’s a new Hilton Grand Vacations Club called Parc Soleil?). We quickly met the other attendees of this exclusive engagement, then headed to the site of our soon-to-be Tequila excursion.

The room was set-up beautifully, with the main ingredient–Camarena Tequila–front and center, along with mixers and untensils.

The "Spread"

Then after gawking over what was in front of us, the Camarena rep gave us a thorough overview of the company’s history as well as current state. She then explained about the four cocktails we would eventually make…and our mouths were watering (at least mine was).

Now…if you’ll excuse me, I have two full bottles of tequila that require my attention….
