Winter Park Autumn Art Festival

I love Central Florida art festivals, particularly those happening in the Fall (hello, cooler weather!), and one of my all-time faves is the Winter Park Autumn Art Festival. Stretching nearly the entire length of Park Avenue, this annual event shows artists from all over the country, along with crafts, entertainment, and delicious (yet oh-so-bad-for-you) food.

The festival is taking place this coming Saturday, October 9th and Sunday, October 10th. Both days are open from 9am-5pm. One thing you need to keep in mind is the parking situation, which can often be tricky in Winter Park/Park Avenue. So you might want to consider getting to the festival first thing in the morning, or later in the day when the crowds die down.

If you’re a fan of the Winter Park Autumn Art Festival, too, then Like them on Facebook.

Have you ever had the…I think they’re called corn fritters? Don’t remember the details, but it involved corn and cheese, fried into little patties. Soooo good. Corn is a veggie, so that balances out the cheese and oil, right?

Everything you just said sounds amazing! I haven’t yet experienced these corn fritters, but one of the best corn dogs I’ve ever had is at this Festival. Yum!

The Autumn Winter Park Festival is just for Florida Artist who have an array of fantastic art! The one in the spring brings the artist from other states. It is so great to have a community which supports just Florida artists while other shows are not this discriminating!
