Blue Bird Bake Shop

I love, love, love sweets. It’s a terrible habit but I’m constantly feeding into it.  So when I saw what’s coming to the Audubon Park area this Summer, my eyes immediately lit-up.

Can’t wait ’til the shop opens for business? Then you can pick-up one of their delicious cupcakes at Pom Pom’s (one of our new favorite Central Florida eateries).

I just found out about this bakery last week when I was surprised for my birthday at work — cupcakes were brought in! Not just your everyday Publix cupcakes (which, I love), but gourmet cupcakes. There were tons of flavors to choose from. I picked up the red velvet and it was yummy. Others enjoyed their strawberry one, and the sweet potato one. All looked wonderful. I can’t wait to go to this place and get more!
