If you’re a fan of Fresh Market or Whole Foods, you’ll LOVE GreenWise! After becoming a frequent shopper at the Palm Beach Gardens location, I was hooked.

Preliminary plans are to convert the Albertsons on Dr. Phillips Blvd. into a GreenWise Market, as well as the Publix on South Orlando Avenue in Winter Park.

Interesting…and exciting! I love Publix — their stores, their brand, they’re overall quality. This sounds like it’s going to be awesome.

I’m sure the new Whole Foods in the Dr. Phillips community isn’t too happy about this. (I was going to publish a post in the near future, about the new Whole Foods…which I recently visited.)

@klynn Was there ever any updated info on these new stores? I’m not necessarily in an area where I can see if these are here already.

@akeorlando, haven’t seen or heard a peep about this yet. Wondering if Publix is holding off until the economy rebounds.

I HAVE A BUSINESS IN THE SHOPPING CENTER WHERE PUBLIX WAS GOING TO OPEN A GREENWISE LOCATION BY BUYING OUT ALBERTSON’S. AS OF TODAY THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTIVITY AND I REALLY DON’T BELIEVE THEY ARE GOING AHEAD WITH IT. IT’S A SHAME BECAUSE A LOT SMALL BUSINESSES ARE STRUGGLING BECAUSE OF NO ANCHOR. PUBLIX REALLY DON’T CARE FOR SMALL BUSINESS THEIR MINDSET IS LIKE WALMART .
I AM STRUGGLING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 12 YEARS BECAUSE ALBERTSONS LEFT.
I HAVE CALLED PUBLIX , BUT NO ANSWER.
IF THEY CARE THEY WOULD DO THE RIGHT THING.
