I was over in Baldwin Park earlier this evening, and saw several of these little guys hangin’ out around the ‘hood:
Even after Googling it, I still have no idea what these are for. I do know this particular gator is wearing an Orlando Magic t-shirt. Does that have any specific meaning?

@Carl Jordan Cows? Hmmmm…now what local sports team has a cow for a mascot? LOL!
In Chicago, artists were asked to decorate cows and the City placed them around the downtown areas. Other cities have done the same with different creatures.
These are horrible. I saw them on a walk. Horrible.
@Mark I don’t get a) why this one looks like he’s about to write the Consitution and b) why there’s a fake chicken at his feet.
