		<description><![CDATA[Cady Way is a nice trail. For some reason you may come across a bum or two hanging by the trail. 

I think the West Orange is the best in the Orlando area. It is a bit out of the way, but it is worth the ride. There is some contour to the ground (hills), some nice small towns that the trails goes through, and a sense of being out of the city is well worth the trip. I would highly recommend this trail.
